OUR SAFTY

At KHAMPAN RAFTING safety is our first policy and we take it very seriously. We have on our team some of the best, most sought after rafting guides in Thailand who are whitewater professionals. On and off the water we will do our best to keep you safe. Whitewater rafting is an extreme adventure sport, but we do what we can to minimize the risks. Listed below are a few things we do to make sure that when you travel with us you are as safe as you can be.
Khampan Rafting run a minimum of two raft boats per trip as well as a safety rescuers and kayaker on every Shotover and MAETAENG River trip. KHAMPAN Rafting annually update various whitewater rafting equipment to ensure equipment is of a high and safe standard.

Intended Use:
Restricted to the special use for which each is designed, for example: sailboard harness, deck suit, paddling vest, commercial white water vest or float coats.

RESTICTIONS : 5 years to 70 years of age. Weight limit of 120 KG.

What To Expect

Maetaeng River runs through North Eastern Chiang Mai, this is the best river for whitewater rafting in Thailand. We serving up the highest quality Whitewater Rafting and kayaking adventure trips. As you raft down the river, you may even get a chance to see elephants and see the beautiful greenery valley.

Pick up from your hotel between 8:00 – 8:40 AM

Drive approximately 1.5 hours to the Maeteang River starting point

The guide will give you safety instructions

Start whitewater rafting

Vegetarian lunch

Visit Phachee waterfall to swim, jump and slide down ( 800 meters treks )

Drive back to Chiang Mai

Return to your hotel around 4:30 PM

Trip includes transportation, insurance, vegetarian lunch(water,fruits,tea,coffee)and photos.
